ECOBUNS BABY + CO Return Policy
*We are happy to accept a return of items that are new unused/unwashed products, tags attached and in original packaging within 30 days of receipt of items for a full refund using original form of payment or store credit minus shipping charges.
- The customer is responsible for sending the items back to us at their own expense. The customer may choose their own method of shipping.
- All sales of clearance items and consumable items (diaper cream, detergent, etc.) are final.
- Returns on orders received with free shipping are subject to initial shipping charges.
- Any free gift or promotion that may have been received with your order must be returned in new/unused condition. If the free gift or promotion is not returned or has been used, your refund will be reduced by the retail value; unless the customer requests store credit.
- All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt and all original product packaging intact (if applicable).
*No exchanges or refunds on special orders or pre-orders and face masks.
Classes/Events:
If a class reservation is canceled on the Wednesday before the scheduled class by 2pm you will be refunded 100% of the fee. If class reservation is canceled after 2pm on Wednesday you will not be refunded any portion of the class fee. You must call the store to process the cancellation request.
